I have taken ESRI ArcGIS Developer Foundation 2201, for that i am trying to retake will that require again a purchase of voucher?

I have seen for one purchase 3 attempts in retake policy. I have given exam on 10th Aug 2025 as per score card it requires to retake to get certificate so i am planning to reschedule it. Do that require to purchase 275$ voucher again? or will ESRI will provide 2nd attempt by providing free voucher. Please guide me.

According to the Retake Policy here: https://community.esri.com/t5/esri-technical-certification-program-information/esri-exam-retake-policy-faqs/ba-p/1315024

You will need to purchase another voucher, as each retake requires a new exam voucher, in the section "Is a voucher purchase required to retake an exam?"

Thank you .. while re buying voucher i am getting this error,

I am facing an issue while paying for the Certification voucher, please guide me to resolve it and get me the necessary payment for the voucher to take the ESRI Developer Foundation 2201 exam. Assist me with needful information/steps.

Hey @Manjulakamarajugadda3

This looks like a browser issue, possibly due to the underlying Javascript or other framework as the backend. I would try using a different browser or possibly a private window to attempt the payment once more.

If that does not work, I would reach out to customer service and see if they can process your payment over the phone or through another method to get this done for you!

Hi @CodyPatterson I have tried in incognito window also through mobile and my laptop. Even tried alternative Edge browser also. I am getting same issue i even sent mail to customercare@esri.com and they suggested to mail to storehelp@esri.com, i have sent that also. Still i didn't get proper help to buy the exam voucher. For your reference below attachments, please check and suggest any possible options.
