ArcGIS Utility Network Associate 2024 - Is this an open book test?

Hi,

I have been thinking of sitting the certification exam. This will be my first one but I couldn't find any information around the nature of the exam. Am I allowed to research the web (maybe esri.com domain) during the exam?

This will help me plan my approach for the prep.

For other exams that I have taken, they are not open book / resource. When you take the exam you only have access to the exam questions.
