ArcGIS Pro 2.8 book no EVA code

Hello, I purchased my ArcGIS Pro 2.8 book from my college bookstore, and it is supposed to come with an EVA code printed on the inside of the last page of the book, but the EVA code is not there. What can I do?

was it a used book? if so, it is probably gone. If not contact tech support or return the book.

BTW Pro 2.8 is many versions old

It's come to our attention that an issue with the printer may have resulted in some books being shipped without EVA codes in them. If this has occurred with your purchase, please send a copy of the reciept and an image of the book to esripress@esri.com so we can coordinate a replacement code.
