GIS Tutorial for Health 6th Instructor Resources

Hi. @SarahGallardo had a helpful piece on the new process for instructor resources through VitalSource. The 6th edition of Kurland and Gorr's GIS Tutorial for Health doesn't have the link for instructor resources through Vital source and the Preface says to check with ESRI Press (I got an auto reply directing me to these forums). Any ideas on how to get the newest instructor resources, as there are some substantive changes in the assignments. Thank you!

There were no instructor resources released with this edition, the resources from the previous edition can be found here.
