Getting to Know ArcGis Desktop

I am attempting to locate the data for download to be used with the trial version of arcGIS desktop. Can someone post the link or instructions on where to locate this which is supposed to be downloaded for the directory: C:\EsriPress\GTKArcGIS

I see previously posted data info for ArcGIS Pro but not ArcGIS desktop and links in older posts don;t seem to direct to the correct location any longer.

Thanks so much Adrian, I have 10.6, 5th edition. Do you know if 10.8 will work? Sorry I'm a complete novice.
