topic Availability of "Python Scripting for ArcGIS Pro" in Esri Press Books Questions

Hi all,

I'm looking for python books for ArcGIS Pro. I see that the title Advanced Python Scripting for ArcGIS Pro is available and has a page on ESRI Press, but I'm also interested in the "starting" book, Python Scripting for ArcGIS Pro. There's a link to it on the page for the advanced python scripting, but the link:

"Don't forget to also check out Esri Press's other Python title:

Python Scripting for ArcGIS Pro"

just leads to a page stating "Sorry. The book you are looking for is no longer available. There may be a new edition, or it may be out of print."

I thought Python Scripting for ArcGIS Pro was just released in the past year. Is is still available or is it being updated? I'd hate to pay for an old version just to have it updated in the near term.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There appears to be a glitch on the website. We'll be fixing that. In the meantime, here's a direct link: https://esripress.esri.com/display/index.cfm?fuseaction=display&websiteID=384&moduleID=0

If you ever want to find the book at a retailer, the number to search by is: 9781589484993
