Error parsing XSD, schema=iso-19115

Hi,

I'm able to validate and post metadata entered with the metadata editor (19115)
if I take this
xsdLocation="http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd/metadataEntity.xsd
out of the iso-19115-definition.xml file.

I get an error
???Error parsing XSD, schema=iso-19115 xsdLocation=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd/metadataEntity.xsd
though if I leave it in.

Does somebody know what is going on here?

Did you get round fixing this?
I've just got the following

???Error parsing XSD, schema=gemini-iso-19115 xsdLocation=http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/ISO_19139_Schemas/gmd/metadataEntity.xsd

Figured it out, I had to set the proxy settings

http.proxyHost=proxyAddress
http.proxyPort=port
in the following file.
"C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 7.0\conf\catalina.properties"
