Syntax Error In Model Builder Arc Pro

I am working through this tutorial Prepare Ecological Land Unit data for analysis—Identify an Ecological Niche for African Buffalo | ArcGIS

and keep getting a syntax error related to the Con values associated with input raster on step 7.

I'm new to Arc Pro so I'm likely doing something simple that's wrong here.

There isn't a link on that particular page for help but I have contacted the ESRI training help site. I think I' didn't include all the raster values within the Con tool that needed to be there.

Natasha.... I flagged them anyway... perhaps that step needs to be emphasized or clarified... hope it works, but I am sure others will stumble on it.
