We are able to work with the content data (maps, services) with no problem.</P><P></P><P>When we change any of the Organization settings I get the error "Unable to save your settings at this time."</P><P>The log mentions "Failed to get account settings file. A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at character 0 of ". I repaired Portal installation with no luck.</P><P></P><P>I had help from ESRI support but the suggestion now is to remove and re-install PortaI.
