Decimal Number VBScript Round function and add a % Sign

I have a decimal numbers in my table and I want to round the decimal number to 1 place when I label the feature. In the help states Round ( [AREA] , 1) well I tried the VBscript round function which I receive an error. Round ( [Census_Tract_2010.Hispanic2] , 1) Error 13 on line2, Type mismatch: 'esri_0' I would also like to put an % sign at the end of the number.

Okay I found why the Round function was not working. The field was a string and I use field calculator to make another field and type Double. All I need now is a % sign at the end.

Problem solved [Your_Field] & "%"
