And I am desperately trying to find a way to create decent web scenes.</P><P>ArcGIS Pro does not publish scenes to servers older than 10.4. And when I share a service from ArcMap, add the service as a map image layer to portal and add&nbsp;this layer to the scene, there are&nbsp;a couple of issues:</P><P>1. Labels&nbsp;stay north oriented and do not turn as you change the point of view</P><P>2.&nbsp;The service beomes a single layer. So users will not be able to turn the layers on and off.</P><P>Is there a proper way to use services that are not published from ArcGIS Pro?
