Style features based on current DDP page?

Is there a way to style the index features of a data driven page setup based on which page the DDP is currently on? My DDP is point-indexed (water meters) and at my desired scale (neighborhood location) there are multiple points visible at the same time. In places where the points are close together it can be unclear which one is in focus. Right now I'm using a pointer arrow but that's not always adequate (see screencap). It would be so much better to give the current point a unique style. Anybody know if that's even possible?

Thanks in advance. Everyone on here has always been very helpful.

If you use a Page Definition would that give you a way to show the focus? For instance you might add a layer and give it different symbology to make it stand out, or have it labeled.
