    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been playing with publishing geoprocessing tools as webtools from ArcGIS Pro and surprised there is no way to update/overwrite what you've published after&amp;nbsp;modifying your Python code in the tool. Do I have to first delete&amp;nbsp;existing tool in Portal (as item) before I republish?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
