I created my own feature layer and related table in ArcPro and published to my organizations portal account. I enabled editing and synchronization&nbsp;in Pro while publishing.&nbsp;</P><P></P><P>A couple questions:</P><P></P><P>1. Why doesn't my custom feature layer allow appending data?</P><P>2. If using GlobalID to relate to GUID in the child table, will the file I want to append have to include the GUID value already?
