hello

i have a server 10.7.1 with portal and the datastore in the same server

windows 2019 on AWS

all was fine but after the apply some updates using the update tool all my hosted service cant be accessed i check and found and error to acces to datastore , when run

describedatastore

Error encountered: The data store machine may not have been initialized.

when i check the windows service the datastore is running

when i run the datastore configurator i got the image error

Hello,

These kind of errors can be tricky. I recommend that you raise a support call with Esri.

I've encountered a similar error during an upgrade from 18.0 to 19.0. I've opened a ticket with Esri.

Did you have any success with this issue after posting your problem?
