Customize error page when ID is wrong

So, we are moving servers, and links like

https://map.devon.gov.uk/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=aardvarksAreStrange

Will not work, as the ID has changed. We will get

Is there any way to redirect these to a simple page where we can list the new links?

Are you preserving the existing Portal content store and item IDs during the migration, or are the applications being republished into a new Portal?
Approximately how many affected app URLs are there?

Republishing - as we are going from 10.8.2 we didn't have the option of a Portal backup>>restore so they are all different (this was done before I joined current place) - so it is a new server with a DNS switch planned for a few weeks

So, as you are asking about numbers, are you thinking what I am now, and adding redirects to the Web Adaptor IIS site (DMZ server)?

so, I have now added the URL Rewrite module, and certain IDs are now redirecting to a static page. I did have it working just substituting the ID, so leaving the layer list, but it looks like that between 10.8 and the last Web App the saved layers passed in UIRLs shifted from name to unique ID - a good idea, but means I have to re-do a lot of URLs
