Editing Layer Properties - unable to access

Hi!

I am working in Enterprise Portal 11.5 and am having issues in my map viewer. When I go to my layer properties, the panel is blank and I am not able to open any options along the side (properties, styles, pop-ups, etc). Wondering if anyone else is facing this issue or if it could be related to any recent patches put out? Any help or insight would be very appreciated!!

It's easy to click on the layer when you don't mean to and "unselect" it, making the properties pane on the right become disabled. Ensure you left click on the layer in the Layers list so there's a blue bar on the left of it, indicating it is selected. Also, make sure you aren't selecting a group layer, those might have different properties available.

I am able to select the layer and the properties become momentarily visible, but once I click on anything else in that pane, it goes blank.

Have you looked at installing patches for 11.5? Cleared cache? Tried in Incognito tab? Are you in an admin role?

I'm using Microsoft Edge. I just tried Chrome and had no issues.

To confirm, you're saying the layer properties pane works fine in Chrome but does not work in Edge?

Yes! I'm having no issues in Chrome, and when I re-open everything in Edge again I'm facing the same issues.
