Yes, we have experienced this, but only with services from one provider. Also using 11.3, but with plans to upgrade. Any update to this?

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone might be able to help me troubleshoot an issue I’m having with a web map.

I’ve created a web map in Enterprise Portal 11.3 that uses layers from multiple map services. I’ve configured the map so that the group layers are off by default, but the sub-layers are turned on by default. The map saves correctly with the visibility set as intended.

However, at random times the layer visibility resets, sometimes after a day, other times in less than a day. When this happens, all the layer visibility settings revert back to something different from what I saved.

I’ve tried saving the web map under a new name, but the issue still occurs.

I can’t share the web map because it contains some secured layers, but here are some of the services included in the map:
https://spatial-gis.information.qld.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/Economy/MinesPermitsCurrent/MapServer
https://spatial-gis.information.qld.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/Economy/MinesPermitsHistoric/MapServer
https://spatial-gis.information.qld.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/PlanningCadastre/CoastalManagement/MapServer

Has anyone else experienced this, or know what might cause the visibility settings to change unexpectedly?

Thanks in advance for any advice or ideas
