Mesh cannot be loaded

The requested module './Transform-BEW2aoSY.js' does not provide an export named 't'

Additional information:

The Web Scene contains an integrated mesh (SLPK).
MIME type configuration in IIS is correct (.js → application/javascript).
Browser cache has been cleared and tested in multiple browsers (Chrome/Edge).
The issue only occurs in Enterprise Scene Viewer.
ArcGIS Pro compatibility with Enterprise version should be correct (Pro 3.5.3 ↔ Enterprise 11.5).

Questions:

Is this a known issue with Scene Viewer in Enterprise 11.5?
Is there a specific patch or workaround to resolve this mesh loading error?
Would using Scene Viewer (Classic) or republishing the SLPK with different caching options help?

Any guidance or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
