AcrGIS Server 11.5 Issues Loading Custom Shape Files and Server Crashes

Hello All,

I am trying to build an interactive map in Experience Builder but I am running into several issues.

A. Server crashes when loading custom shape files into Map Viewer. I have 380 custom shape files that I am performing an analytic join on the features of a csv file that has over 45 measures. The end result is for the user to select a measure from drop down in experience builder but this one to many join seems to crash my ArcGis portal.

B. Reducing visibility in properties so that the one to many join doesn't crash the portal causes the experience builder map app to not populate with the web map.

Would I have less issues trying to do this work in ArcGis Pro versus the portal?

I'm at my wits end on trying to get this to work. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
