I have a hosted feature service (a single point layer) that has attachments enabled. Users are unable to save when adding a new point with attachments. They can save the new point if no attachments are added. Message is as follows: "Something went wrong; Edits could not be saved. Operation Rolled back"

Operation rolled back

However, I can confirm that the layer can still accept attachments by going to the Item Details, Table tab, and adding attachment manually to the table:

can manually add to table

The attachment I added manually in the Item Details/Table does show up in the popup in the Web Map, so can confirm that's working.

Saving edits with attachments was working with this layer until we migrated from Enterprise 10.8 to 11.x and started using the Map Viewer (vs Classic), to take advantage of Forms to enhance editing UX.

But why is the Editor in Map Viewer not allowing saves with attachments?
