      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Starting the .bat file as I always have.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Scripts\webgisdr&amp;gt;start_webgisdr_full&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Scripts\webgisdr&amp;gt;REM ceate a full backup of enterpirse portal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Scripts\webgisdr&amp;gt;cd C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\tools\webgisdr&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\tools\webgisdr&amp;gt;webgisdr --export --file C:\Scripts\webgisdr\webgisdr_full.properties&lt;BR /&gt;==================================================&lt;BR /&gt;Starting the WebGIS DR utility.&lt;BR /&gt;==================================================&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The configuration and base backup time in the current Web GIS&lt;BR /&gt;-------------------------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Portal: &lt;A href="https://maps.ci.janesville.wi.us/portal" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https//blahblah.blah.wi.us/portal&lt;/A&gt; at 12/26/24, 1:01 PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;____________________________________________________________________________________&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This is the WebGISDr error......&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to back up the Relational ArcGIS Data Store:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Url: &lt;A href="https://x.y.z.wi.us:2443/arcgis" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://x.y.z.wi.us:2443/arcgis&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;{"jobId":"44ec5f85-e08e-4a0c-b1cc-16c8edf6e8a9","description":"Create data store snapshot 20241226-131271-CST-60-FULL to \\\\ARGO-AZ\\ArcGIS Backups\\TempBackup\\WebGISSite1735241585970\\dataStore\\16e5b264-d230-4aeb-b8aa-dc1ddf32774a","lastModified":"2024-12-26 13:33","status":"failed"}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This is the error I get on the Datastore computer from the log files.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pg_basebackup: error: too many command-line arguments (first is "Data")&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try "pg_basebackup --help" for more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Looks like postgresql does not like something....??&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I can successfully run the “backupdatastore” on the Datastore computer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Current user can access all required folders.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please note that all of this worked as expected PRIOR to 10.9.1 upgrade.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Follow up...&amp;nbsp; After the 10.9.1 upgrade, the DataStore installation was corrupted.&amp;nbsp; The very capable ESRI Tech Support helped me resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp; After diagnosis of some peculiar issues, we had to uninstall and reinstall the DataStore.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; The framework utilization of Postgres had token and account problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
