Problem accessing published feature layer for branch versioning

I have successfully published a feature layer with branch versioning (see screenshot below):

However, if I go to the Portal to access the web layer, I get the following error:

Similarly, if I try to add it to Pro, I receive an error that no resource could be found at the address. This happens immediately after I get the message that it was published successfully.

Hi @ToddFagin,

The URL in the ArcGIS Pro error looks like it's missing the web adaptor. Are you able to add the service manually to Pro with the following URL:
https://obsgis.csa.ou.edu/arcgis/rest/services/last_test/FeatureServer

Thank you. There is a long, convoluted story that involves multiple different enterprise servers we manage (which due to various reasons are at different versions). After some updates here and there, I finally got things to work as they were supposed to. The server above is one I was using for testing, but now that I have a production server's settings right, all is good. I appreciate your reply. My issues here were more than likely the web adaptor.
