They use the $userInput profile variable in order to determine where a user clicked on the map. Works fine.</P><P data-unlink="true">I'm trying to recreate the map in Portal, but no $userInput profile is available. I don't see anywhere in the <A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/profiles/popup/#profile-variables" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documentation&nbsp;</A>that mentions this limitation.
