Arcade to filter polygon features based on another feature table in Web Map

I have a polygon layer that I want to filter in Web Map based on the common records (like a join) in table (point layer) so that the polygon layer only displays the match features. There is a common field in both. The FeaureSetByName function is not available when I try this in arcade. I also don't have a Custom Arcade or Expression Builder option in the Filter tool.

Any ideas?

Hi @KendallJames73,

Hosted feature layer views could be an option, but if it's not feasible to have hosted feature services, you could create a spatial view if the data is stored in an Enterprise Geodatabase.
