topic Webhook doesn't accept URL in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Questions

Hi All,

On our ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 portal I try to create an organization webhook. When I try to save the webhook the portal checks of it can reach the url where it should send the payload to. Unfortunately, I get an error when I do this. I tried 3 different options:

1). The real url I want the webhook to send the payload to, it fails and says it can't reach the url.
2). The url we use for a survey123 webhook (that works fine), it fails and says it can't reach the url.
3). A temporary url from webhook.site, this one it accepts and saves.

Does anyone have an idea what the portal does to check if the url is valid? And if there is any way to bypass the check and add/alter the url in the config files?

Do you have other working organization webhooks? If not, did you check the firewall prerequisites?

You might want to check the Portal logs and see if it gives you any additional information.
