Portal to Portal Distributed Collaboration

Hi,

I have set up a distributed collaboration between my portal and another portal. I have shared data with this collaboration. When the guest of the collaboration looks at the data it is asking for a log in to my portal. I do not want to make this public data to everyone. How can I get around this error?

Hi @MeganWheatley , this is a bit of a tricky one, you can turn on copy content and turn off the referenced tick box, then if you have hosted feature layers they will be copied and the destination user can use them as normal without login in, this unfortunately does not apply to apps or referenced layer, so planning is essential in this regard.
