    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've a problem with my ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've published a Point Cloud Scene Layer (hosted) and the publishing process runs without problems. It also shows in the Scene Viewer without problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After some time, I try to open the same scene and it displays me "&amp;lt;Layer&amp;gt; cannot be added. Server error unable to process request". The only solution I found is to publish again the scene layer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I inspected the scene and found this line in the console:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[esri.views.3d.layers.PointCloudLayerView3D] #resolve() Failed to resolve layer view&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you everyone in advance for any useful advice,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lorenzo&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
