Can't Access Portal Directory

Hello,

I am trying to access the Portal Directory via the URL https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname/sharing/rest.

I want to adjust the token length time as specified in this ESRI documentation. However, when I attempt to hit that URL, I just get an empty page:

It looks like the Sharing API has been disabled for Portal. Sign into the Portal Admin API (i.e. https://maps.example.com/webadaptor/portaladmin) then navigate into Security, and finally into Config.

Click on "Update Security Config" and change "disableServicesDirectory":true to "disableServicesDirectory":false
