Update Splash Screen with Python Tool or ArcGIS API for Python

Hello All,

Hopefully I am posting this in the right spot on the forum.

Currently my organization is using a pl/sql script to update the splash screen on one of our portals. We recently switched to cx_Oracle and would like to test creating a python tool or ArcGIS API for python to accomplish this task.

So far I have tried browsing the API libraries and executed google searches to see if there is any white papers or tutorials for this and I have not found anything. I may be using the wrong description for my searches?

Has anyone tried this or have knowledge on how to accomplish this?

Any help on this would be greatl appreciated.

What do you mean with "Splash Screen"? The Landing Page image in Portal?
