Arcade read attachments located in specific folders

Hello everyone,

From a WebMap, I am looking for a way to show attachments in Popups located in a folder instead of a related table.

Something similar to:

but instead of opening a file, I want to open a folder.

In ArcMap I just store the path of the file and it opens:
