The coordinate system is Unknown to ArcGis, so it basically lacks spatial reference. The units are meters and has a coordinate system its just that it is Unknown to GIS. I want to export the map in a scale of 1:1000, but all the arc segments get fuzzy when zooming, (i have attached the PDF).
