      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was suggesting that you use the gps points if they contained the absolute locations.&amp;nbsp; If you have existing points and they aren't at their proper location on the network, then you only choice would be to edit your points or, if they are close, specify the tolerance that you consider the points to be on a network whilst building the network.&amp;nbsp; You don't indicate by example, what you exactly mean by updating their location...are they out by a few meters?, city blocks, totally wrong etc.&amp;nbsp; A visual of a case would help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
