What are companies using for their Joint Use Permitting & Tracking?
We are getting swamped with Joint Use Attachment Permits and our current process is getting overwhelming.

We are looking for an Out of the Box solution (if possible), but just curious what others are using (3rd party or internal built).

Thanks,

Depending on where you are located, NJUNS is free to use and many utilities utilize it for the permitting, violations and transfers.

https://web.njuns.com/

We released Electric Joint Use Solution on Nov 15th, 2022 for ArcGIS Online. It has the capabilities to handle the permitting process between the utility and the attaching company. Each company will have their own ArcGIS Hub page that they can log into and create requests to attach to poles you make visible. The attaching company can see the poles that you have them attached to and the status of any open permits. The solution handles the back an forth notification for each phase of the permitting process such as submitting a request, make ready charges and accepting the attachment. The data is secured so attaching company X can not see attaching company Y's data. As a utility you are in control of who sees what information and can configure the solution to meet your organization needs.

The solution also handles collecting transfers, violations and unauthorized attachments from the field and then notifying the attaching company of the issue. This is great for those utilities that do not have access to NJUNS or want more control of what data is collected and made visible to the attaching company.

Awesome Todd. This is exciting news. Is anyone using this yet? We are interested, but I'd love to hear from someone using it or see a demo.
