topic how to get ArcFM account in Electric Questions

dears I am an ESRI distributor employee, and I am trying to create an ArcFM account, but one of rules to create an account is that you must work at a partner, my company (distributor) not a partner for ArcFM but ESRI is as they mention here. So I think the workaround by get an email account from ESRI to be like "@esri" to be able to create a new account, Isn't It?
