    <description>&lt;P&gt;A bit of an assumption on my part - EID is OID?&lt;BR /&gt;The global ID and OID are both retained when Topology is disabled and then reenabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The disabling and reenabling marks all subnetworks as dirty but I don't think it changes any of the identifiers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
