topic Fault Indicators in Electric Generation and Transmission

Just had a meeting where our electrical engineer explained that he is installing a few fault indicators on our system that will send a text when a fault is triggered. I was curious if a geoEvent server or something could receive said text and automatically create a small map of the area in question. Also, send said map to an email or text group.

I'm looking for a similar solution. We have a similar system set up where we receive an email when a fault is detected. I've been playing around with Power Automate to take the email, pull out the Line #, it's energized/de-energized status, and then update a feature service/web map. Haven't gotten to the point where it can show the estimate fault location yet though.
