I believe the best option would be to create an Instant App and embed it within ExB. However, I'm having difficulty creating a Time Slider with images in the Instant App, as it seems to require a published layer. Does this mean I need to save all the images as attachments in a layer and then publish it? If so, is not that different from the ExB...

Hello,

I have a collection of high-resolution drone images stored locally on my computer (not in the cloud) that I would like to add to my website, which is built using ArcGIS Experience Builder.

Is there a widget available in ArcGIS Experience Builder that can provide a time slider functionality similar to the one in ArcGIS Pro for satellite imagery?

Timeline Widget supports image layers as data sources starting at ExB Dev 1.15. That said, my testing indicates it must be published as a mosaic which requires ArcGIS Image Server.

I'd love for someone to tell me I'm wrong, but that is what I discovered in my limited testing.

https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-ideas/support-for-image-service-in-experience-builder/idi-p/1249855

Time Slider Instant App can support image services that are not published as mosaic datasets. Maybe a solution if ExB is not a requirement.

Yes, you need to publish the imagery layer to share over the web. Typically, that would entail publishing to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.

ArcGIS Online:

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/publish-hosted-imagery-layers.htm

ArcGIS Enterprise:

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/web-image-layer.htm
