It seems to work except for the "Report" pane view. I've cerated 4 or 5 test records. When i choose to "View Submissions" I see the points on the map, but the individual records aren't listed on the side pane like they are in ESRI's sample application (<A href="https://www.arcgis.com/apps/GeoForm/viewer.html?webmap=0c5cb13c4fc54b28bb26a125221ed96f" title="https://www.arcgis.com/apps/GeoForm/viewer.html?webmap=0c5cb13c4fc54b28bb26a125221ed96f">GeoForm)</A></P><P>While this isn't vital to the application, I'm just curious as to why this might be happening? The field being shown is a domain, text filed. I'm wondering if that's why?
