    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to create featurelayer by using Geojson data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so far it worked but now i need to make it as a time aware layer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the layer will be used with time slider&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does anyone knows if this is possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
