How can we access the REST API https://gis2.stancounty.com/arcgis3/rest/services/DER/Der_Test/FeatureServer?

Hi Team,

Due to security reasons, the REST API at https://gis2.stancounty.com/arcgis3/rest/services/DER/Der_Test/FeatureServer is secured by private name and group.

However, we are unable to access it using a username and password from the HTTP action in Power Automate or Chrome Postman.

Please advise on the steps we should follow to access it on the urgent basis.

I would recommend contacting the hosting agency: https://www.stancounty.com/itc/

I just searched based on the domain name and looked for GIS.
