Solarwinds DPA reports the Spatial index is not used, but the table performs good in ArcGIS

I just started working at a new client and they use Microsoft SQL server and Solarwinds DPA (Solarwinds DPA has also very recently been introduced here and there is not much experience with this tool).\

Now Solarwinds reports that the spatial index is not used on this table:

Here is the Featureclass from ArcGIS Pro:

The Featureclass has a good performance, the table has 249817 records and rendering in ArcGIS Pro is less than a second zoomed at large scale with a few records and around 5 seconds when all the data is rendered on the map. Therefore my colleagues and myself think the spatial index is being used and this is a false warning from Solarwinds DPA.

Is there anyone else who has Solarwinds DPA and can tell me more about this message that the spatial index is not being used?

Did you learn anything more about this? I see a similar behavior with Solar Winds DPA tool.
