Can't import data from ArcGIS Living Atlas

I'm trying to complete a lesson on learn ArcGIS. The lesson is titled "Model landslide suceptibility using ArcGIS Living Atlas"

I can import the multispectral Landsat no problem, but when I try to add the terrain and rainfall imagery layers, it just says "Failed to add data:" followed by a link to the data was trying to load. It doesn't give any error messages or indication as to what the problem is.

Any idea why this is happening, or how to fix it?
