USPS API Carrier Route Data for leaflet

Hi There,

Trying to find out what I need to get API carrier route Data

https://gis.usps.com/arcgis/rest/services/EDDM/selectZIP/GPServer/routes/execute?f=json&env%3AoutSR=4326&ZIP=33510&Rte_Box=R&UserName=EDDM

Trying to build a search tool similar to the following links using this data but cannot find any sort of API to build the data for it.

http://www.everydoordirectmail.com/Step1-Target.aspx

I have tried contacting the USPS to see where I can get the API information for their carrier route data but no one there seems to be able to give me any information.

While it is true that the data from the USPS is not in the form of geographic boundaries, we and algorithms to create boundaries from carrier routes and other data. Above API shows US Boundaries(GeoJson) by zipcode,city, and state.
