Get the intersect between polyline and TileLayer Arcgis

Hi,

This is my first question on ESRI Community, so please accept it if it is not in the right place or redirect me to the right place.

Currently Im working on a web Application that would consume Arcgis services. and actually Im displaying some TileLayers on the 3D Map.

so my question is how can I draw a Line on the map to get the intersect between the line and the tilelayer displayed on the map?

I have made lot of search on tha internet but didnt got any result.

I'm having a hard time envisioning what you are looking for.

Do you have a sketch or diagram that would show what you mean?

Hi Many thanks for your reply, sorry if it is not clear because it is my first time working with Arcgis and GIS notions.

I will describe more my issue, and attached is an image describing more the needed.

So Im currently working on a web application developed by ASP.Net and my task is to communicate with Arcgis Services (3D) from my ASP Web Application to display some Layers on the map.

and Actually Im arrived to display the Layer on the map, but I would need to do some geometry operations like drawing a Line on the Map Layer and get the intersect between the Line and the Layer.

I hope that is clear now if it's not I can explain more, many thanks
