I'm not too fussy about some of the more extensive capabilities of the add-in so the video file doesn't have to be too rich in metadata. I just want to be able to follow the path along which the video was taken in two dimensions.</P><P style="color: #242729; background-color: #f9f8f6; border: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 1em;">I'd like to keep things as straightforward as possible by avoiding having to retrospectively add metadata through Multiplexer. Therefore I was wondering what hardware can create such a video file with a limited set of embedded metadata? Will video captured on a location enabled smartphone do the trick? Or a mid-range go-pro perhaps?</P><P style="color: #242729; background-color: #f9f8f6; border: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 1em;">Does anyone have any experience that they can share with me?
