    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have ArcGIS 10.3 installed on Linux 14.x and facing following problem according to xvfb_err.log file:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_XSERVTransSocketINETCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: server already running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(EE)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fatal server error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(EE) Cannot establish any listening sockets - Make sure an X server isn't already running(EE)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did anybody find a solution for this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
