      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to Configure ST_GEOMETRY by Configuring the Oracle extproc to access the geodatabase with SQL?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Environment: &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Server : Windows Server 2008 R2.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ArcGIS Server :&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ArcGIS Server 10.3 Basic + Oracle 12c Standard (both on same Server)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have tried to configure the same but getting error as below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;ORA-28595: Extproc agent : Invalid DLL Path&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;ORA-06512: at "SDE.ST_GEOMETRY_SHAPELIB_PKG", line 12&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;ORA-06512: at "SDE.ST_POINT", line 181&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;28595. 00000 -&amp;nbsp; "Extproc agent : Invalid DLL Path"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;*Cause:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The path of DLL supplied for the extproc execution is invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;*Action:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Check if the DLL path is set properly using the EXTPROC_DLLS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; environment variable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="padding-left: 60px;"&gt;when I tried to execute the SQL: &lt;STRONG&gt;SELECT * FROM USER_LIBRARIES;&lt;/STRONG&gt; from Client side, I got the result as following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;ST_SHAPELIB&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;c:\program files\arcgis\desktop10.3\DatabaseSupport\Oracle\Windows64\st_shapelib.dll&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Y&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;VALID&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;0&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;currently I have configured the extproc.ora file as&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: #1f497d;"&gt;C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\DatabaseSupport\Oracle\Windows64\st_shapelib.dll;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6666669845581px;"&gt;C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\DatabaseSupport\Oracle\Windows64\&lt;SPAN lang="EN" style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';"&gt;libst_raster_ora.dll&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
