I have a custom ArcObjects 10.4 tool that moves a selected feature from current location to another location. The first mouse down event is used to select the feature and get the XY location. As the mouse is moved, it draws a line showing it location and the distance from current location to the mouse location is display in a form. On the second mouse down event which indicated the new location of the feature, the feature is relocated.

The problem is that the location of the line and cursor of the mouse if offset. This causes the new location of the feature to be in the wrong location. I’m not sure why.

Can someone give me advice?

Thanks…
