The first mouse down event is used to select the feature and get the XY location.&nbsp; As the mouse is moved, it draws a line showing it location and the distance from current location to the mouse location is display in a form.&nbsp; On the second mouse down event which indicated the new location of the feature, the feature is relocated.</P><P style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">&nbsp;</P><P style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">The problem is that the location of the line and cursor of the mouse if offset. This causes the new location of the feature to be in the wrong location.
