The table is a simple conversion from an Excel spreadsheet that is being <STRONG>related</STRONG> to&nbsp;a feature class in the MXD. A service is published from that MXD and subsequently called by a javascript web application. I can get the email address to appear in the application pop-up but it is not "clickable". All the ESRi documentation I can find regarding hyperlinks is specific to those already in the feature class, not those in a table.
